Do I have to pay customs duties?

No: all customs procedures and duties are handled and paid by us. You'll receive an Italian-VAT invoice. Non-EU shipments: any local duties are at the customer's expense.

What warranty covers the parts?

24-month conformity warranty under Italian Consumer Code D.Lgs. 206/05 for private consumers, plus the manufacturer's conventional warranty.
