Your Mustang GT needs a better exhaust system than the stock one. With this Magnaflow Competition cat-back system, your V8 engine will enjoy more horsepower and torque due to the decreased gas pressure at the outlet thanks to the two direct silencers.The resulting sound will be more aggressive and deeper, typical of a real muscle car. The pipes, with a diameter of 6.35 cm, are made of stainless steel to resist all kinds of wear and corrosion. The system features two direct silencers with two 10-cm polished steel tailpipes. The latter will fit perfectly in the positions of the stock tailpipes on your Mustang GT to ensure a clean but aggressive look.
The installation of the Cat-Back system is done after the catalytic converter by cutting and replacing the two original silencers. Once this is done, it is only necessary to secure the new system with the hose clamps provided in the kit, along with the "step-by-step" instructions .
